چکیده
The ANATOMIX beamline at Synchrotron SOLEIL, operational since 2018, is dedicated to hard X-ray full-field tomography techniques. Operating in a range of photon energies from approximately 5 50 keV, it offers both parallel-beam projection microtomography, absorption and phase contrast, nanotomography using zone-plate transmission microscope. With these methods, the covers spatial resolution 20 nm $\mu$m, expressed terms useful pixel size. variable beam size up 40 mm allows users image large objects. Here we describe microtomography instrumentation beamline.

Fast X-ray reflectivity measurements using an X-ray pixel area detector at the DiffAbs beamline, Synchrotron SOLEIL.
This paper describes a method for rapid measurements of the specular X-ray reflectivity signal using an area detector and a monochromatic, well collimated X-ray beam (divergence below 0.01°), combined with a continuous data acquisition mode during the angular movements of the sample and detector. In addition to the total integrated (and background-corrected) reflectivity signal, this approach y...
متن کاملOptical design and multi-length-scale scanning spectro-microscopy possibilities at the Nanoscopium beamline of Synchrotron Soleil.
The Nanoscopium 155 m-long beamline of Synchrotron Soleil is dedicated to scanning hard X-ray nanoprobe techniques. Nanoscopium aims to reach ≤100 nm resolution in the 5-20 keV energy range for routine user experiments. The beamline design tackles the tight stability requirements of such a scanning nanoprobe by creating an overfilled secondary source, implementing all horizontally reflecting ma...

The protein crystallography beamline BL2S1, constructed at one of the 5 T superconducting bending-magnet ports of the Aichi synchrotron, is available to users associated with academic and industrial organizations. The beamline is mainly intended for use in X-ray diffraction measurements of single-crystals of macromolecules such as proteins and nucleic acids. Diffraction measurements for crystal...
متن کاملSAMBA: The 4–40 keV X-ray absorption spectroscopy beamline at SOLEIL
The SAMBA X-ray Absorption beamline has been operating for users since January 2008. The beamline covers a large energy range from 4 up to 40 keV in two working modes: a “high flux” mode using a sagittally focusing monochromator and a “time-resolved” mode using a dedicated Quick-EXAFS monochromator. Herein a technical description of the main beamline components is given and results concerning e...
